Join our certified pre-natal yoga instructor and learn how to take care of your physical, mental, and emotional health during your pregnancy and beyond. These classes are designed to empower and support your changing body with prenatal-specific yoga flows, meditations, and breath work.

Both mind and body will reap the amazing benefits of exercise, movement, meditation, and self-care, helping to prepare you for the arrival of your bundle of joy.

Pre-requisites:
*Students must be minimum 8 weeks pregnant
