Unwind at the end of the day, prepare for a good nights rest and feel moref relaxed for the rest of the week. Bring your props: blanket, towel, strap, blocks, and a bolster. If you don't have a bolster grab a couple of firm pillows and extra blankets and towels. We will practice, meditation, fluid movement, restorative postures, pranayama, and yoga nidra in this restful time.
