Take your yoga practice upside down in this guided virtual workshop focused on Sirsasana (Headstand) and its variations. Whether you are new to headstand or already comfortable balancing on your head, this class will meet you where you are.
We’ll begin by building the foundations of a safe and stable Sirsasana—covering alignment, breath awareness, and preparatory poses to strengthen the shoulders, core, and spine. For students already familiar with headstand, we’ll explore progressive variations to deepen your balance, focus, and body awareness.
Anjali will offer individual attention, step-by-step guidance, and modifications, ensuring everyone has a safe and empowering experience. Expect an engaging, supportive environment that blends clear instruction with opportunities to explore and grow in your inversion practice.
