My intention is to create a safe, judgement free space for women to share, experience meditation, release trauma through movement and sing together; and all whilst building connection to motivate and lift each other up.
It is my purpose and passion to guide women to remember to own their feminine essence and evolve through the embodiment of mantra, song, movement, and connection.
I use my intuitive guidance, mindfulness practices and Reiki healing to support you to be the WOMAN you were born to be.
The biggest joy of life is to be in true self, embracing our mess and chaos, acknowledging our feminine gifts of wisdom, and living from the source of our own sensuality that we were born with.
For those who tend to get nervous about expectations – don’t worry. You will NOT be put on the spot to speak; you will NOT be put through vigorous movement, and you will NOT be pressured to share. Come as you are.

Experience this whilst being in a nest of love and nurturing at the ‘Tru Temple’ at Tru Physio and Yoga on Fenkle Street, Alnwick. This space is so peaceful even within the town centre. It will be Dusk during the Ceremony, so expect lots of candlelight and cosiness during meditation, this room is such a warming space.
