Morning Meditation with Virginia Waitlist

Description

This is an opportunity to relax and meditate together. There will be a balance of yoga to ease the body for stillness and periods of guided meditation. It is open to both experienced meditators and new comers. The yoga will be gentle. You can use a chair for meditation if you wish. Wear clothes you can move in and something warm for sitting. We will finish at 12pm with time after for sharing over tea.
Virginia practices Buddhist meditation in the Thai forest tradition and is a trained yoga teacher. She has taught yoga for over 30 years and at present runs classes in yoga and meditation.
