Description
Another amazing opportunity ro relax and unwind in sound with Rachel.
WHAT IS A SOUND BATH?
A sound bath offers you an opportunity to release stress and tension while instilling feelings of joy, peace, and love through the sacred sounds of the grounding Drum, harmonic Himalayan Singing Bowls and ancient, ambient Gongs.
Beautiful, soft, relaxing waves of sound will first bring you into the present moment, leaving your day/week behind as you settle into your space. Helping lower your brain waves into a dream-like state, connecting with your subconscious mind, you will begin to let go and the hypnotic sounds will transport you to a place of tranquillity, gently soothing your nervous system.
Lowering our brain waves naturally with healing sounds allows us to tune into our intuition, gain insights and see things from a different perspective, helping us release experiences, thought patterns and emotions that don’t serve our greatest good.
WHAT TO BRING?
An eye pillow (if you wish to cover your eyes).
A drink of water to sip.
An open mind (experiencing sound is different for everyone and each sound bath can bring a different experience).
IMPORTANT INFORMATION .
Sound Healing is a ‘low risk’ complementary therapy and it is extremely rare for anyone to have an adverse reaction. However, I feel it best practice to share some information with you to ensure we remain as safe as possible.
It is recommend that you do not take part in a Sound Healing session if any of the following apply to you:
You are in the first 3 months of pregnancy.
If you have epilepsy, experience seizures or episodes, or have unmanaged mental health conditions e.g bi-polar, schizophrenia, or harmful thoughts towards yourself or others. (General stress, anxiety, depression are ok).
If you are intoxicated, ie under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
You may wish to speak to me before attending the event if:
You have metal plates or implants in your body.
You have had recent surgery, broken bones or other major physical injuries.
You have a pacemaker fitted or have a heart condition.
You suffer from tinnitus, or other conditions that could be triggered by sound.
See you soon!
If you have any questions, or are at all unsure about whether to attend, I would be delighted to chat with you about your concerns. Please contact me on 07703 330662.
