Join Bethany in this monthly class for everything you need to release and wind down at the end of the working week.
Yoga Nidra (meditation method meaning Yogic Sleep) combined with breath work and some gentle Yin stretching to sooth the mind, body and soul.
Suitable for all. Come and be a human being rather than a human doing.

Please arrive in time to get settled before the class begins and to avoid disturbing others. If you arrive after 18.00 you may not be permitted entry in to the studio.
