Thai Yoga Massage combines rhythmic acupressure, gentle stretching and assisted yoga postures to release tension and increase flexibility.
In this relaxed session you will learn a simple effective sequence of techniques to give and receive a full body treatment.
Its the perfect way to spend Saturday morning focusing on mindfulness, movement and the art of connection through touch.
Open to all! Bring anyone partner, friend, family, no previous experience required; or come on your own and we will pair you with a new friend!
