Imbolc is the Gaelic festival marking the first stirrings of spring and the halfway point between the winter solstice and spring equinox.

Honouring the Goddess Brigid we will move through a Yoga practice suitable for all to build our inner fire. Using our creativity to promote our spiritual growth with some hands on activities (maybe a spell or two) and finishing with a beautiful guided meditation/Nidra.
