Angela invites you to come and join in circle to connect with each other and the power of the drum. Rhythm is an ancient medicine, when we drum together our nervous systems shift, held breath releases, tension softens. No experience required, no need to be musical, everyone can drum, there is no judgement, just go with the flow.
We use frame drums with beaters; I do have a limited number to loan out but bring your own if you have one. I also have percussion instruments, rattles & shakers to play. Bring anything you’d like to add to the shared altar space and take it home infused with the energy we have drummed up.
Expect grounding meditation, drumming, and an invitation to share. Come as you are, you are so welcome!
