Good Morning Early Birds! Early morning is the best time of the day to salute our bodies. We start out with pranayama and a few yin postures to slowly start up our bodies. Thereafter we move onto 5 rounds of sun salutations and a few standing asanas to wake us up and prepare us for our day. We close off the practice with a mini nidra mediation to set our daily intentions.
