Chill flow is slow, soft and passive class which combines yin and restorative postures. During Chill Flow we hold each of the postures for 5 mins.
Yin yoga stretches the bodies tissue deep and Restorative yoga is a restful practice.
Together - Chill flow is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching.
We may hardly move at all, but by doing just a few postures over the course of an hour, you will embrace the power of rest.
