Laura Doebrich
Laura is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200 in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga and 60h Yin Yoga) and is currently completing her 300-hour advanced training. With a lifelong background in competitive sports, she first came to yoga as a way to balance physical training - but quickly discovered its deeper impact on mind and body. For her, yoga is a way to reset the nervous system and connect inward, integrating asana with pranayama, meditation, and elements of yoga philosophy into daily life. Her classes are grounding and balancing, with a focus on releasing tension in the body, creating space for both physical ease and mental connection.

Description

Flow and Restore (All-Level Class)
A holistic practice that begins with slow, mindful movements inspired by Hatha Yoga, focusing on alignment, breath awareness, and body awareness. The class starts with longer-held postures, allowing you to deeply explore each pose and cultivate a sense of presence in the body. These initial movements help build a strong foundation, release tension, and prepare the body for deeper work.

As the practice progresses, elements of Vinyasa Flow are introduced, bringing dynamic, breath-guided movements to build warmth, energy, and flexibility. The flow is designed to gradually increase the pace and intensity, helping to energize the body and enhance mobility while maintaining mindfulness and breath connection.

The class then slows down into restorative and Yin Yoga-inspired poses, allowing for deep relaxation and tension release. These long-held postures promote flexibility, enhance joint mobility, and help calm the nervous system. The focus shifts to letting go of any remaining tension, allowing the body and mind to unwind and restore balance.

Perfect for all levels, Flow and Restore is especially beneficial for those seeking a well-rounded practice that offers both energizing movement and restorative relaxation. Ideal after a long day or a physically demanding activity like surfing, this class helps to restore balance, calm the mind, and leave you feeling rejuvenated and centered.
