Diana has been honing her yoga teaching craft since 2003. She first trained to teach under the tutelage of Advaita Vedanta and Vinyasa teacher Sri Louise. She is an Ayurvedic Practitioner Graduate of Mount Madonna College of Ayurveda class of 2009, and she teaches seasonal diet and lifestyle classes, and leads Ayurvedic detoxification cleanse programs. She is also, since 2015, a dedicated student of the teachings of the late BKS Iyengar and Iyengar Yoga. Diana is a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher and currently studies with Senior Iyengar Yoga mentor Holly Walck Kostura. Yoga and Ayurveda have been essential in Diana’s growth and evolution as a human being. Iyengar yoga has helped her overcome 15 years of chronic back pain and SI joint issues. Yoga & Ayurveda have nourished her with holistic awareness, strength, resiliency, and freedom. Her other loves are her surfing family, 4 pets, Colombian music, kirtan singing, Maui streams, and the preciousness and potentiality of humanity and life.

Karyne Daniels has 40 years experience within the entertainment industry as a dancer, teacher, and choreographer. With an eye for interpretation, presentation, and demonstration, Karyne offers her poetic expertise to every project she pursues. As a Dancer, Karyne has performed extensively. A few of her credits include being a performer in Las Vegas, Reno, and Lake Tahoe; a featured dancer in the motion picture Dick Tracy with Madonna; a tango dancer in the movie My Blue Heaven with Steve Martin; A freestylist on the TV sitcom “Up All Night” feat. Patti La Belle; and was featured in the Maui Dance Festival 2018 & 2019. She is revered for her poignant solo performances which are emotional & otherworldly.

Rachel ‘ihilani Berman is a Maui grown mover, dancer, and yoga practitioner. She received the teachings of Dreaming Awake Yoga Nidra from Alexandra Crow through her Grounded Crown offerings for living earth embodiment. Kalia Kelmenson has over 20 years of experience in the fields of health and fitness. She is a certified personal trainer, lifestyle coach and retreat leader. She focuses on helping her clients develop stress resilience, mental clarity, and a mindset of success in mastering their health; all key components that must exist for any fitness program to work. She infuses her teaching with playfulness and enthusiasm for life.

My training started at age 15 with Rodney Yee VHS tapes, the YMCA, & Kundalini yoga. I’ve completed numerous trainings in diverse spiritual modalities and had the privilege of being a student of Anusara, Baptiste, Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, Dharma Mittra, Maya Yoga, & more. I’ve toured the U.S., taught internationally, built yoga programming for Universities and served as a Professor of Yoga for Georgia Southern University. I host retreats, trainings,and offer online and 1:1 programs annually with my personal methodology, “Free the Pelvis”.

Martha Anne Dorland is an archaeologist, educator, yogi, reiki practitioner and organic gardener. Martha Anne is a lifelong learner with a passion for cultural studies, the outdoors and wellness. Her attraction to both science and spirituality have led her to yoga and reiki because of their evidence-based approaches to healing and personal growth. Arista Mayo is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and Waldorf Kindergarten teacher with six years of experience holding space for young souls with reverence, play, and care. Her teaching is deeply informed by her connection to the natural world, her love for Maui and Hawaiian culture, and her ongoing study across spiritual exploration and yogic traditions. She is also trained in trauma-informed approaches and holds space with deep sensitivity to the nervous system and emotional body. Arista approaches yoga as a living prayer—an offering of bhakti, devotion, and grace. Her classes are an invitation to return home to the truest self, to sit in the seat of one’s own truth, and to connect with the divine within. While trained in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, she navigates its complexities with discernment, embracing the parts that uplift and empower while consciously releasing those that do not align with the highest good. Each class weaves breath, asana, bandha, mantra, and meditation into a sacred space for self-inquiry, emotional alchemy, and embodied devotion.

Alison grew up in Jackson, Mississippi and from an early age was drawn to a variety of athletics that challenged her physical body. While attending her first conscious movement workshop, she was deeply inspired by the potential of movement and dance to support one’s human and spiritual journey of transformation. She is grateful to the lineages of healing that have informed her journey of embodiment along the way, including her trainings in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Biodynamic Cranial Approach, and Azul Conscious Movement. She aspires to continue this path by offering collective ritual dance space for the purposes of healing and inner transformation, for connecting to others, and for giving motion and expression to our human experience.
