My training started at age 15 with Rodney Yee VHS tapes, the YMCA, & Kundalini yoga. I’ve completed numerous trainings in diverse spiritual modalities and had the privilege of being a student of Anusara, Baptiste, Ashtanga, Yin, Iyengar, Dharma Mittra, Maya Yoga, & more. I’ve toured the U.S., taught internationally, built yoga programming for Universities and served as a Professor of Yoga for Georgia Southern University. I host retreats, trainings,and offer online and 1:1 programs annually with my personal methodology, “Free the Pelvis”.
