This weekly class is designed for beginners who want to build a strong and confident foundation in yoga. Each session introduces essential poses, breathing techniques, and mindful movement in a supportive and accessible way. Whether you're new to yoga or returning after a break, you'll learn how to move safely, improve flexibility, and develop body awareness at your own pace.
