This Yoga class is a perfect combination of both yin and yang energies. Yin for grounding the body, slowing down, cooling down a busy mind. Yang for strengthening, firing up the body, and sharpening the mind. The practice begins softly and builds to a slow but intense Vinyasa.

By the end of the class you will feel like you have stretched your body, strengthened your muscles, and calmed your mind. A great way to start the day!

House Rules:
Zoom classes:
- You will receive an automatic email from MomoYoga 45 minutes before the start time with all the details to join the Zoom call.
- If you book a class within 45 minutes of the start time, you will not get an email, however you can find the link to the zoom class in the class description on MomoYoga.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you wish to swap your class from in-studio to online, you must do this via MomoYoga.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.
