Pilates exercises are designed to coordinate movement and breath to work smaller surface muscles as well as core muscles. It helps to align your entire body and support your joints.

Being a low-impact exercise means that it is suitable for all ages and fitness levels… but don’t be fooled. The movements might look simple, they provide a serious workout for your muscles and your core. You will gain both strength and flexibility.

House Rules:
- Please bring your own yoga mat. If you would like to use one of our mats, the cost is €4 (cash or pin).
- Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the class start time.

Cancellation policy:
- You may cancel free of charge up to 8 hours before class starts. You must do this via the MomoYoga booking system.
- If you have a Womanhood Unlimited Class Pass and fail to show up or cancel in time, you will be invoiced for the price of the class.

Stretch & Strengthen Flow is a balanced Hatha yoga session infused with Vinyasa-style transitions and core-strengthening elements from Pilates. This class is designed to create harmony between body and mind, where movement, breath, and focus align to bring you fully into your practice.

Build strength and flexibility:
By blending the accessible foundations of Hatha yoga with targeted Pilates-inspired movements, this class offers a full-body workout. Seamlessly flowing from one pose to the next, you will focus on building core stability and muscular strength, combined with intentional stretching. Interwoven with Pilates-inspired exercises, the flow challenges your muscles and builds core stability. By linking your breath to every movement, you are guided into a deep state of presence, allowing you to settle completely into your body.

Moment of integration:
We conclude the practice with a moment of rest. Through Shavasana, we allow your body and mind to integrate the work done during the session, giving you the space to let go and find deep relaxation.
