Losing weight does not have to be a struggle.

In this workshop, we will give you tools and strategies to explore new movements and new foods that support your weight-loss journey.

Tami will lead you through a Pilates class designed to target your core and the largest muscles in your body. By training these, you build stronger muscles, a stronger skeleton, and burn more fat. While other exercises may deliver quicker results, here at Womanhood we prefer Pilates as it is a slower, safer and more sustainable way to maintain a strong body and get to a healthier weight.

Mel will share specific dietary changes you can begin making immediately that will improve your appetite management, metabolism and mood (an essential component to healthy sustainable weight-loss).

During the workshop, your will learn:
- The best Pilates moves for building strength and burning calories
- How to add more movement to your day in an effortless way
- Why weight-gain happens (it's not just food!)
- The best and worst foods when it comes to weight-gain and weight-loss (and no, you don't have to give up all your favourite things)
- How to transform your usual go-to comfort foods into foods that you enjoy but also support your body to reach its happy place
