1 time class change - Postnatal Healing Yoga (with baby)

Finding time to take care of ourselves with a newborn is a big challenge, sometimes it seems almost impossible - but so important!
Join us and other moms on their postnatal journey tomorrow for a 1-time class change: Postpartum Healing Yoga.
A class that promotes your mental and physical wellbeing, but also promotes bonding with your baby. Very suitable for moms with newborns (3-4 weeks after birth up to crawling stage).
The teacher will always ask for your birth experience and help you start training at a safe and suitable level!
We will be moving and connecting to other moms in a supportive space. This class (usually on Tuesdays!) is safe and effective, allowing you to strengthen and relax. With your body recovering from labor, fatigue from caring for a newborn, or just broken nights, it's a wonderful opportunity to exercise.
In each class you will also enjoy a few restorative poses that will help open the chest, encourages you to take deeper breaths, and deeply help you relax.
What to bring to class:
* Comfy clothes for moving & stretching
* Everything you need for your baby - Baby’s care items
* A large Towel/Blanket for your baby to lay on.
