Hi Expecting Mamas!

We’re adding an extra PRENATAL YOGALATES OUTDOOR class this week on Friday to help you enjoy your pregnant body and strengthen it safely .
Strength workouts help maintain and build your muscles. Stronger and more flexible muscles, in turn, help you to bear the weight you gain throughout your pregnancy and protect your joints from injuries as your ligaments relax.

As the body changes to accommodate pregnancy, balance can become an issue, making yoga outdoors an attractive option. When done on grass rather than in a studio, there’s a subtle but important shift in maintaining balance that makes a yogini work a little harder 😊 We will practice those exercises that can build back muscles—a crucial preventive strategy for alleviating back pain during pregnancy.

You will also get the chance to practice:
- Listening to your body, staying true to you in every moment
- Being present
- Being kind to yourself, and take deep breaths.

You will leave class feeling like you truly worked your body, yet in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

No previous experience practicing Yoga or Pilates is required. Al stages of pregnancy are welcome.
If you have (pregnancy) complaints or injuries you are welcome to join, but let the teacher know upfront!!

Practicalities:
- Bring your own yoga mats and a blanket
- Take a water bottle with you.
- Registrations online.
