Come fly with us in our magical hammocks!
You can TWIST, TURN & BOUNCE around using your special wings (our aerial slings).
Lets' reach high into the sky and maybe catch a rainbow or star... who knows?
This class is playful, energizing, and fun for all levels.
There are many benefits to Aerial Yoga. We work on motor skills and balance, develop body awareness. Through play we work on building strength while we also work on our social skills.
Each class starts with a little bit of mindfulness and we end with a yummy relaxation the hammocks.
There will always be attention to the mental wellbeing of each child as well. Lastly, not to be forgotten: Aerial Yoga is FUN!
Make sure that the kids wear zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!

During this session we work in duo's.
Here trust will be cultivated meaning... stronger bonds and acceptance of each other. Experience partner aerial yoga practice with FUN yet challenging poses. This class is playful, energizing and fun for all levels.

Make sure that the kids wear zipper and button free clothing to help keep our hammocks safe. Refrain from eating and drinking 1 hour from the start of class!
Practicalities:
Should the weather not permit our outdoor activity we will communicate this via email as the location will then change to indoors in the Studio.
Cancellation Policy:
7 days prior to activity, participant eligible for 50% refund, less than 7 day cancellation are not eligible for a refund.

Cost: € 12,50 for a single class / €42,50 for a 5 pack!
