Experience inversions and balance poses that are usually off limits to anyone except the most experience yogis. There is no better feeling that being in monkey pose, looking at the world from upside down - perfect for seeing new perspectives :-)
If you are new to Aerial Yoga, we recommend you sign up to our Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop (check out the weekly schedule for the next date).

During our Prenatal Aerial yoga classes, we use the Yoga sling (or hammock) to prepare for birth by removing pressure from the body, releasing tension and building strength and flexibility.
Your changing body and needs will be discussed between poses. There are no difficult or acrobatic poses during this class - only movements that are both gentle and safe for you and your baby.
The Yoga sling is another tool for preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. You will learn how to:
- Listen to your body and stay true to yourself in every moment
- Be present
- Be kind to yourself
- Use the breath to ground and connect to your inner calm
At the end of the class there is a guided meditation and savasana in the Yoga sling, enabling you to melt away tension and connect with the sense of weightlessness. You will feel like you’ve exercised in a safe, conscious and effective manner.
No previous Aerial Yoga or Pilates experience required. All stages of pregnancy are welcome. If you have any pregnancy complains please let the teacher know.

Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our Fly Low class.
The benefits:
- Deep stretches that invite you to be in the present moment
- Deep tissue massage from the pressure of the yoga sling
- Restorative poses for grounding and relaxing
- Feel completely cocooned and supported in the yoga sling

- Bring warm socks or an extra sweater fo Savasana.

We’re happy to welcome you every Friday morning to find calm and practice Meditation with Mel.
During the class, you will be guided through a 25 to 30 minute meditation to ground yourself, quieten your mind and reconnect to stillness. You can take this inner calm with you throughout your day.
Meditations change every week and include breathing meditations, gratitude meditations, mantra meditations, loving kindness meditations, and more.
The class ends with a card reading, group sharing, and cup of tea: the perfect start to your Friday and weekend!

A gentle but powerful class to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your energy. We will start with some warming up exercises targeting the muscles involved in breathing (especially the upper body and the core area), and follow with practices connecting the mind, the breath, and the body. We will finish with a short meditation practice.

Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our Fly Low class.
The benefits:
- Deep stretches that invite you to be in the present moment
- Deep tissue massage from the pressure of the yoga sling
- Restorative poses for grounding and relaxing

Let's create a harmony Aerial Dance Flow!
Join Sophia, who is a guest teacher coming from sunny Greece to host an Aerial Yoga Dance Workshop on the first Saturday of 2023!
Strengthen and challenge your body in a playful way, having the ultimate feeling of freedom and flying high with the slings!
Our focus will be on learning Aerial acrobatic figures while creating a beautiful short flow based aerial acrobatic sequence. Harmony starts from the mind, the breath and then the body follows.
We will approach the sequence of the Aerial figures with connection, calm breath, grace and so much joy!
Structure:
Firstly, we will have a grounding moment inside the slings, then warm up the body in preparation to the new challenges. Strengthening and stretching exercises will follow up and then preparation for the poses.
We will practice acrobatic figures and poses. We will understand and analyze the technique and perform it until we feel supported and secure.
Furthermore, we will work on the connection of poses and stamina to create a beautiful flow. And of course, expect improvisations along side with great music!
Harmony starts from the mind, the breath and then the body follows. The goal will be to perform a sequence of figures with connection, calm breath, grace.
Finally we will cool down the body and end with a most rewarding Savasana in the slings.
Level:
Some experience with the hammocks is needed. All levels are welcome - BUT after following a basic workshop and taking at least 3 Aerial yoga classes recently.
Practicalities:
- Wear comfortable stretchy clothing without buttons and zippers.
- A T-shirt that covers the armpits is a must.
- Refrain from eating and drinking at least an hour before the session starts.
- Price: EURO 40 pp. (incl. tea and mini treats at the end of session).
- Participants: min. 3 / max. 9

The most fundamental experience that Yoga Nidra has to offer any of us is how to rest and to re-learn how to be. ‘ James Reeves, Yoga Nidra expert and author of The Book of Rest.
Yoga Nidra is a deeply healing meditative state. It uncovers intuitive awareness, puts us in touch with feelings of unconditional peace and joy, and gives us the experience and understanding of our true nature.
By practising Yoga Nidra, we can learn to access a state somewhere between ‘asleep’ and ‘awake’. As we take time to rest, we learn to be with our whole self – our whole experience – with a dreamlike quality, more spacious than our thinking mind. Rather than judging, choosing and refusing what we do and don’t like about ourselves and about life, we have the opportunity to be with ourselves in a new, more open, less judgmental way.
Benefits happen in stages. Some will happen right away while others will develop over time. Your physical, mental, and emotional well-being will improve during Yoga Nidra as your skills advance for handling stress. Your ability to calm restless thoughts and the capacity for clear thinking will grow. Decision making improves. Handling emotional distress becomes quicker and easier.
