Yogalates consists of 40 different poses that range from easy to more challenging. By engaging various muscle groups at the same time, these poses increase your strength, especially around your core and lower back.

Both Yoga and Pilates enhance flexibility. So just imagine having them both combined! The poses in class engage your arms, legs, neck and back for a workout that targets and stretches your entire body.

If you are new to Aerial Yoga, we recommend you sign up to our Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop (check out the weekly schedule for the next date).

Yin yoga will support you while explorig the softer side of your asana practice. A meditative, grounding practice that allows our bodies to slow down and receive rest within poses that are held longer and with intention to achieve periods of deep rest within longer periods of savasana.

Ontdek hoe ontzettend leuk deze workout kan zijn, terwijl je yoga practice werkelijk een geweldige twist krijgt 🙂 We gaan stap voor stap je kennis laten maken met Aerial yoga en houden rekening met alle leeftijden, conditieniveaus, man /vrouw, dus wees niet ongerust en doe mee!!
Draag comfortabele, rekbare kleding. Om onze slings veilig en schoon te houden verzoeken wij je vriendelijk geen kleding te gragen met knopen of ritsen. Het dragen van een T-shirt dat de oksels bedekt is EEN MUST !!

De Stretching & mobility les helpt je bij het verbeteren van de flexibiliteit van jouw spieren en de mobiliteit van jouw gewrichten.
Flexibiliteit -
Tijdens de sessie staat actieve stretching centraal: een samenspel van kracht en lenigheid. Eerst versterken we de spieren en vervolgens stretchen we deze, een hele fijne combinatie voor het vergroten van jouw lichamelijke flexibiliteit!
Mobilititeit -
Daarnaast is er in deze les veel aandacht voor het verbeteren van de mobiliteit van het lichaam. Met gerichte en passende oefeningen/houdingen voor elk lichaam, werken we door actieve stretching aan het vergroten van de bewegingsvrijheid van in de gewrichten. De oefeningen/houdingen zorgen voor een betere balans, coördinatie en kunnen blessures helpen voorkomen.
Moment van rust -

During our Prenatal Aerial yoga classes, we use the Yoga sling (or hammock) to prepare for birth by removing pressure from the body, releasing tension and building strength and flexibility.
Your changing body and needs will be discussed between poses. There are no difficult or acrobatic poses during this class - only movements that are both gentle and safe for you and your baby.
The Yoga sling is another tool for preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. You will learn how to:
- Listen to your body and stay true to yourself in every moment
- Be present
- Be kind to yourself
- Use the breath to ground and connect to your inner calm
At the end of the class there is a guided meditation and savasana in the Yoga sling, enabling you to melt away tension and connect with the sense of weightlessness. You will feel like you’ve exercised in a safe, conscious and effective manner.

Vrijdag 17 mei om 19.30 uur organiseren wij in samenwerking met Ola Renska een luisterrijk live Cello Savasana Concert in de slings op Vakantiepark Delftse Hout.

Laat je meevoeren op een reis van serene klanken en kalmerende melodieën, uitgevoerd door de cello van Ola Renska. De combinatie van zachte bewegingen in de slings, de buitenlucht en de harmonieuze klanken van de cello brengen diepe ontspanning teweeg. Laat je meevoeren door de hoopvolle tonen van de cello en vind volledige verbinding met jezelf, in harmonie met jouw innerlijke verlangens.
