Tijdens deze les word je uitgenodigd tot verstilling. We bewegen langzaam, vloeiend en bewust, met stretches die je soms minutenlang aanhoudt. De ondersteuning van de sling helpt je om spanningen los te laten en dieper in de houdingen te zakken, zonder enige druk of prestatie.
Deze les is een ode aan verzachting, herstel en ontspanning en brengt lichaam en zenuwstelsel terug naar rust.
Na afloop voel je je gegrond, ruim en herboren.
Wat deze les je brengt:
– Zachtheid voor lichaam en geest
– Diepe ontspanning en herstel van het zenuwstelsel
– Betere verbinding met je ademhaling en lichaam
– Verlengen van het bindweefsel en vergroten van flexibiliteit
– Vermindering van fysieke spanning of stress
Geen ervaring nodig. Alleen jouw adem, aandacht én nieuwsgierigheid.
Extra info:
– Neem warme sokken of een extra trui mee voor tijdens de eindontspanning (Savasana).

Join us for a postnatal session with your baby! Our classes for mothers and babies are informal, friendly, and offer a supportive space in which it's easier to bond and interact with your baby.
You can restore and strengthen your body, have fun with other mums while working on rehabilitation of the pelvis region.
The class encourages you to find a deeper physical awareness, assisting in the prevention of back pain whilst feeding, carrying and lifting your baby.
Don't forget to bring:
- Your yoga mat
- A large towel/blanket for your baby.

Flexibiliteit -
Tijdens de sessie staat actieve stretching centraal: een samenspel van kracht en lenigheid. Eerst versterken we de spieren en vervolgens stretchen we deze, een hele fijne combinatie voor het vergroten van jouw lichamelijke flexibiliteit!
Mobilititeit -
Daarnaast is er in deze les veel aandacht voor het verbeteren van de mobiliteit van het lichaam. Met gerichte en passende oefeningen/houdingen voor elk lichaam, werken we door actieve stretching aan het vergroten van de bewegingsvrijheid van in de gewrichten. De oefeningen/houdingen zorgen voor een betere balans, coördinatie en kunnen blessures helpen voorkomen.
Moment van rust -
Na actieve stretching komt een moment van rust. De sessie eindigen we in diepe ontspanning door rustgevende ademhalingsoefeningen en kalmerende houdingen.
De Stretching en Mobility les is een mooie holistische benadering om jouw lichaam sterker te maken, flexibeler te laten worden en meer in balans te komen.

Your changing body and needs will be discussed between poses. There are no difficult or acrobatic poses during this class - only movements that are both gentle and safe for you and your baby.
The Yoga sling is another tool for preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. You will learn how to:
- Listen to your body and stay true to yourself in every moment
- Be present
- Be kind to yourself
- Use the breath to ground and connect to your inner calm
At the end of the class there is a guided meditation and savasana in the Yoga sling, enabling you to melt away tension and connect with the sense of weightlessness. You will feel like you’ve exercised in a safe, conscious and effective manner.
No previous Aerial Yoga or Pilates experience required. All stages of pregnancy are welcome. If you have any pregnancy complains please let the teacher know.

Our Mommy & Me: Move‚ Sing & Discover sessions are designed for children aged 1–4, together with Mom, Dad, or Grandparents.
These joyful sessions create a warm, playful space where movement, music, and creativity bring families closer together. Each session invites you and your child to explore simple songs, gentle movement, and discovery-based activities inspired by daily life and nature.
Through rhythm, song, and shared play, you will support your child’s curiosity, confidence, and social rhythm.
It’s a nurturing environment where you can bond, share laughter, and connect with other parents and children in your community.
Join a Mommy & Me Session -

Each session includes 35–45 minutes of mother-and-child activity, followed by 15–25 minutes of tea and conversation on parenting topics.
During this time, the teacher stays with the children for a free movement session and is available to answer your questions about parenting and child development.

Op 14 december a.s. organiseren wij weer een Aerial Basic Workshop; deze is tevens de laatste van het jaar 2025, dus zorg dat je er bij bent!!
Aerial yoga is dé plek waar je de wereld vanuit een ander perspectief kunt zien. We verwelkomen je graag om lichamelijk te ontwaken, een diepe stretch te ervaren, plezier te hebben en heerlijk tot rust te komen in onze hangmatten.
Voel hoe fijn en speels het is om je gedragen te voelen door de slings.
Prijs: 50 euro.
Annuleren: tot 7 dagen voor aanvang van de workshop kun je de datum eenmalig wijzigen. Restitutie van het bedrag is niet mogelijk.
