Experience inversions and balance poses that are usually off limits to anyone except the most experience yogis. There is no better feeling that being in monkey pose, looking at the world from upside down - perfect for seeing new perspectives :-)
If you are new to Aerial Yoga, we recommend you sign up to our Aerial Yoga Basics Workshop (check out the weekly schedule for the next date).

De Stretching en mobility les helpt je bij het verbeteren van de flexibiliteit van jouw spieren en de mobiliteit van jouw gewrichten. Alle niveaus, mannen en vrouwen zijn welkom.
Flexibiliteit -
Tijdens de sessie staat actieve stretching centraal: een samenspel van kracht en lenigheid. Eerst versterken we de spieren en vervolgens stretchen we deze, een hele fijne combinatie voor het vergroten van jouw lichamelijke flexibiliteit!
Mobilititeit -
Daarnaast is er in deze les veel aandacht voor het verbeteren van de mobiliteit van het lichaam. Met gerichte en passende oefeningen/houdingen voor elk lichaam, werken we door actieve stretching aan het vergroten van de bewegingsvrijheid van in de gewrichten. De oefeningen/houdingen zorgen voor een betere balans, coördinatie en kunnen blessures helpen voorkomen.
Moment van rust -
Na actieve stretching komt een moment van rust. De sessie eindigen we in diepe ontspanning door rustgevende ademhalingsoefeningen en kalmerende houdingen.
De Stretching en Mobility les is een mooie holistische benadering om jouw lichaam sterker te maken, flexibeler te laten worden en meer in balans te komen.

During our Prenatal Aerial yoga classes, we use the Yoga sling (or hammock) to prepare for birth by removing pressure from the body, releasing tension and building strength and flexibility.
Your changing body and needs will be discussed between poses. There are no difficult or acrobatic poses during this class - only movements that are both gentle and safe for you and your baby.
The Yoga sling is another tool for preparing your mind, body, emotions and spirit for birth. You will learn how to:
- Listen to your body and stay true to yourself in every moment
- Be present
- Be kind to yourself
- Use the breath to ground and connect to your inner calm
At the end of the class there is a guided meditation and savasana in the Yoga sling, enabling you to melt away tension and connect with the sense of weightlessness. You will feel like you’ve exercised in a safe, conscious and effective manner.
No previous Aerial Yoga or Pilates experience required. All stages of pregnancy are welcome. If you have any pregnancy complains please let the teacher know.

Come and experience deep stretches and mindful movement in our yoga hammocks. The hammocks offer full support so that you can sink into poses you may never have tried before. But don’t worry - you don’t need any previous aerial yoga experience for this class. In fact, all levels are welcome.
You will be guided through a series of restorative poses, but also exercises that strengthen your core while helping your muscles let go of tension, ending with a moment of relaxation - being cocooned and completely supported in the sling in Savasana (which feels so good that many of our yoginis don’t want to leave!). Whether you have experienced aerial yoga or have never tried it before, we know you will love the relaxing meditative energy of our Fly Low class.
The benefits:

Paulo - Met meer dan 15 jaar ervaring als docent, diverse internationale trainingen en meerdere behaalde certificaten, neemt hij jullie mee in de energie en beleving van de Latin wereld. Tijdens de ‘Between Breath & Beat Experience’ draait het niet alleen om dans, maar vooral om verbinding, met muziek, met cultuur, met elkaar en met jezelf.
Paulo's missie is om mensen plezier, vrijheid en positieve energie mee te geven tijdens deze Experience. In een veilige en ontspannen sfeer nodigt hij deelnemers uit om uit hun hoofd te komen, de muziek echt te voelen en samen een bijzondere connectie te ervaren op het ritme van de beat.
Tami - Met haar warme een toegankelijke energie begeleidt zij deze dag. Vanuit haar achtergrond in de fysiotherapie is zij altijd gedreven geweest om mensen veilig en bewust te laten bewegen, met aandacht voor kracht, soepelheid en duurzaam welzijn. Voor haar is beweging een vorm van medicijn - iets dat zowel fysiek als mentaal kan bijdragen aan meer balans en verbinding.
Vanuit haar eigen studio in hartje Delft verzorgt zij al jarenlang (Aerial-) Yoga en Pilateslessen, waarin persoonlijke aandacht en lichaamsbewustzijn centraal staan.

Praktische zaken:
Maak je dag nog comfortabeler door rekening te houden met het volgende.
Neem een yogamat mee. Voor het yoga- en ademgedeelte werken we het liefst op blote voeten en in rekbare, aansluitende sportkleding.
Omdat deze dag juist bruggen maakt tussen verschillende werelden en energieën, stappen we voor het dansgedeelte over naar schoenen of sokken.

🚗 Breikbaarheid & Parking
De Between Breath & Beat Experience vindt plaats bij Huszár aan de Hooikade 13 in Delft.
Met het openbaar vervoer is de locatie heel gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Vanaf station Delft wandel je in ongeveer 5 tot 6 minuten naar Huszár via de Houtkade langs het water. Er rijden vanuit steden als Den Haag, Rotterdam, Leiden en Amsterdam meerdere treinen per uur naar Delft Centraal.
Kom je met de auto? Op zondag kun je in de gebieden achter Huszár gratis parkeren. Veel bezoekers kiezen ervoor om te parkeren rondom de Leeuwenstein / Schieweg-zone of in de straten achter de Hooikade richting het bedrijventerrein. Vanaf daar loop je in enkele minuten ontspannen naar de locatie langs het water.
