Description

A traditional Hatha class including Asana (poses), Pranayama (breathwork) and Meditation.
Beginners will receive clear instruction and more seasoned Yogis will be offered advanced versions of poses if feeling to expand their practise into this space. It is best to have had some experience and a reasonable level of fitness before attending this class.
Themes of focus will vary from week to week exploring the colourful teachings of Yogic Philosophy.
If you have them , please bring your own: -
Yoga mat
Block
Strap
Towel or blanket
Bolster
If not, just your mat and a towel to place over the bolster.
