Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.

Description

7.30am All levels Yoga on the beach
8.15am Stand Up Paddle Boarding - induction, lesson and free time on the crystal clear waters of Shoal Bay
10.00am light morning tea
10.30am Tomaree climb (optional) or bid us farewell and enjoy a swim.
Please bring a sunshirt, sunblock, a hat and sunglasses.
A light morning tea is provided but line ups for coffee are looong, so perhaps bring a thermos of your own hot drink.
You need to be able to swim 50m to be safe and you are able to wear a lifejacket if you feel to.
We have run many of these outdoor days, they are so much fun and a great way to be brave in a safe and supportive environment.
