Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.
Description
Yoga and Meditation teacher Josephine Doyle brings a wealth of wisdom and inspiration to our studio with her popular Healthy Happy Hips and Lower Back Workshop. Jo healed her back through the benefits of yoga from years of herniated disk pain and depression due to a head-on car accident.
Jo’s workshops have students feeling empowered, pain free and invested with tools, exercises and pose variations to improve their bodies and take a sense of self-awareness and observation to their on-going yoga practice.
The event is open to anyone and will be a very hands-on delve into exercises and adjustments to heal and strengthen the lower back and hips.
