Fyona Coulton
Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.
Description
Within the creation of sacred space, Nicole and Fy will guide you through intention, process and renunciation of the ties that bind you to old stories, negative patterns and sabotaging behaviours.
This immersion is a group expression of our 1:1 work with clients. We have been waiting to create together for some time....the time has come.
This guided immersion will include: -
- Creation of sacred space
- Sound (hoop drum, singing bowl, crystal bowl)
- Somatic Movement
- Breathwork
- Meditation
- Journalling
- Oracle deck guidance
- Energy Healing
- Light Language
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing (layers).
Bring: -
- 2 blankets
- a Yoga mat
- a pillow
- water bottle
- an open mind
This workshop is ideal for anyone who has had some experience with Energy Healing.
