Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.
Description
A heart led practice embracing the healing energies of the elements.
Our practice will be outside, under a beautiful old oak tree over looking farmland for days. In the case of inclement weather we can move inside where we can still enjoy the same gorgeous view.
If you are free, you are welcome to stay for Satsang "(Sanskrit: सत्सङ्ग), refers to the practice of gathering in the company of good people for the performance of devotional activities."
We can enjoy a chai or herbal tea, along with some conscious conversation.
The location is in Maitland, the address will be given upon confirmation of booking.
