Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.

Join us for the perfect Sunday morning of self-care, relaxation, inner peace, and rejuvenation at our Yin & Sound Workshop. This unique experience combines the deeply restorative practice of Yin Yoga with the healing power of sound.
In this session, you’ll be guided through a series of long-held, passive yoga poses designed to release deep tension and promote flexibility. As your body relaxes into each posture, you’ll be enveloped in soothing sound vibrations from crystal bowls, handpan, and other healing instruments, creating a deeply meditative atmosphere. The sound waves help to balance your energy, calm the mind, and guide you into a state of profound relaxation.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice. No prior experience is necessary – just bring an open heart and a willingness to let go.
