A slow, grounding practice where postures are held for longer periods to gently nourish the connective tissues and calm the nervous system. Yin Yoga invites stillness, breath awareness and deep listening - offering space to soften, release and restore balance in body and mind.

Suitable for all levels, especially supportive during times of stress or when you’re craving rest and spaciousness.
