Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.

This is an immersion for those who feel the stirring to move with greater truth, courage, and momentum.
The Year of the Horse invites vitality, forward motion, and devotion to what is essential. It is an energy that does not ask to be rushed, but embodied. It asks for clarity of direction, steadiness of heart, and the willingness to commit to the path beneath your feet.
Before we gather, each participant will be held in a private 1:1 card reading -an intimate space to listen deeply. From this session, your Sankalpa will emerge: a resolve that is precise, living, and aligned. Not a wish, but a vow. Not something you strive for, but something you remember.
The ceremony itself is a threshold.
Through breathwork, mantra, song, and meditation, we will clear what no longer belongs to this season of your life - old patterns, lingering doubts, borrowed identities - and create fertile ground for what is ready to take root. This is the planting of the seed: intentional, conscious, and reverent.
