Fyona received her first 350HR certification in 2016 in Hatha Yoga, she has continued her education and experience by training in Kundalini, Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga, Pre-Natal Yoga, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Reiki and Shamanic practices. Fyona runs regular classes, specialty workshops and local and international retreats.

Description

Meditation is a key to lasting peace. Knowing and controlling your mind is the first step to inner peace and liberation. This 4 week course will provide you with practical tips and techniques to get you started on your meditation journey.
Simple and effective meditation techniques will be explored and practised each week so that you can find the best technique that works for you and your mind.
