As your body relaxes into each posture, you’ll be enveloped in soothing sound vibrations from crystal bowls, handpan, and other healing instruments, creating a deeply meditative atmosphere. This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you’re new to yoga or have an established practice. No prior experience is necessary – just bring an open heart and a willingness to let go.

Come as you are, bring your own mat if you have one, otherwise just bring a light blanket and a towel to cover your bolster, water and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

- Movement (Asana) and Breathwork (Pranayama)
Our movement is focussing on strengthening and mobility.
Our breathing is focussing on clearing and stabilizing the mind.
- Meditation will be taken laying down and typically be a body scan for deeper mind body connection.
