Join me for a special Full Moon Yin–Yang Flow honoring the Root Chakra (Muladhara) and the balancing energies of Earth and Water.
We’ll begin with a warming Yang flow to awaken strength and stability through the legs and hips — activating the meridians of grounding and vitality. From there, we’ll melt down to the mat for a deeply soothing Yin practice, inviting rest, surrender, and connection to the Earth beneath us.

To close, you’ll be guided into stillness with a crystal singing bowl sound bath, using frequencies that harmonize with the Root Chakra — calming the nervous system and grounding the body in safety and peace.
