Description
Unwind Into Winter: A Somatic Yin Full Moon Sound Bath
Thursday, December 4 • 90 minutes
As the final full moon of the year rises, we gather for a practice designed to help your body exhale the year, soften the edges, and settle into the quiet medicine of winter.
We begin with a gentle sound-infused savasana, allowing the nervous system to melt into spaciousness. From there, we move through a slow somatic flow to release deep tension and unwind patterned holding. The journey continues into Yin postures that nourish the Kidney and Spleen meridians—supporting grounding, restoration, and the body’s natural winter descent.
The practice closes with a long, immersive sound bath featuring crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, Koshi chimes, and ocean drum—a soothing field of vibration to help you rest, reset, and root into your inner winter.
This practice is gentle, nurturing, and accessible for all levels.
A soft landing for the year. A warm invitation to slow down.
A space to unwind into winter.
