Description

Settle into the quiet language of your body — the pulse, the heat, the hum beneath the surface.
In this earthy and grounding restorative/Yin-inspired practice, heated stones rest upon the body like pieces of the Earth herself, melting tension and awakening inner warmth.
Through stillness, breath, and gentle somatic awareness, you’ll learn to listen to the whispers of your inner embers — the subtle fire that lives within every breath and every cell.

On the longest and darkest night of the year, nature shows us that healing doesn’t always look like blooming — sometimes it looks like rest, stillness, warmth, and waiting.

This practice is a gentle nod to the seed buried deep beneath winter soil: quiet… dormant… yet full of potential.

Let's together tend our inner fire — not to burn brightly yet, but to stay warm, steady, and alive beneath the surface.

We honour the dark not as something to escape, but as a sacred place of becoming.
Because without darkness, there is no germination.
Without winter, there is no spring.
Without the longest night, there is no return of the light.

As we move, breathe, and soften, we prepare — body, mind, and spirit — to winter well, so that when the season turns, we too can rise with grounded intention and renewed vitality.

Come rest.
Come warm.
Come plant what will bloom.
