In this workshop, we’ll focus on the step-through from Down Dog to Lunge, a foundational transition that connects strength, stability, and flexibility. You’ll learn to:
Expand your awareness and body space while moving forward
Engage core and hips to create smooth, safe transitions
Align shoulders, wrists, and knees for stability and protection
Link breath to motion so each step feels intentional and grounded
Move mindfully with presence, cultivating flow and spaciousness in every pose
