Description
Full Moon YIN for Winter with Hot Stones
Step into the quiet magic of February under the Snow Moon with this Winter Yin practice. Guided by the water element, we focus on Kidney and Bladder meridians, supporting your body’s natural winter rhythm and encouraging deep, nourishing rest.
This class revisits the warmth we cultivated at the Winter Solstice, when hot stones helped us kindle embers to carry through the winter. Now, under the Snow Moon, we harvest the remaining warmth—anchoring it within, letting it glow, and allowing it to flow gently through the body. This practice honors the threshold we stand on as days lengthen, helping us transition into spring with softness and vitality.
Through long-held yin postures, subtle face, neck, and vagal touch, and the soothing heat of hot stones, you’ll feel supported, held, and gently awakened. Stones are placed thoughtfully on the low back, sacrum, and torso to nurture inner warmth, while water-inspired movements and twists encourage release and circulation.
This is a deeply restorative, meditative, and seasonal offering—perfect for those who wish to store energy, honor winter, and gently step toward spring.
