Description
Welcome the new year under the energy of this year's first new moon!
Hello beautiful community,
You’re warmly invited to New Moon, New Year — a special yoga and sound bath experience designed to help you begin the year with intention, awareness, and ease.
This practice is inspired by the rhythm of the moon and the wisdom of repetition. We’ll move through the same shapes in layered rounds — first gently, then with strength and expression, before softening into somatic movement and long-held yin. Each round offers a chance to sense something new, release what no longer serves, and integrate what feels supportive to carry forward.
Sound will be woven throughout the experience, beginning with a short arrival sound bath and deepening during our yin practice, eventually opening into a longer guided sound bath in savasana. Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and gentle drumming will support grounding, clarity, and inward listening.
We’ll begin with a quiet ritual to arrive — including breath, touch, and reflection — and close in a shared circle with collective insight and nourishment.
This is not a goal-setting class.
It’s a deliberate beginning.
A practice of sensing rather than striving.
A way to begin again — and again.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are.
