A seasonal yin yang practice inspired by the energy of the Flower Full Moon.
Come celebrate the Flower Full Moon! A YIN Yang flow to build warmth and encourage movement, then transition into longer yin holds to support release, ease, and restoration. The practice will close with a calming, spring-inspired sound bath using earthy, grounding tones to help you settle and integrate.
