THIS WEEK:
In a slow flow, poses are linked together with mindful breath, and transitions between poses are unhurried. The emphasis is on fluidity, but with time for deeper exploration of each posture in comparison to a traditional vinyasa class. There is also a strong emphasis on mindfulness and body awareness, inviting you to be present in the moment, tapping into your parasympathetic system as you reach a meditative state. The challenge of this class will be to combine slow, deep breathing as we transition smoothly and with body awareness through poses.

Break free from traditional boundaries and find your own expression in this dynamic and creative practice. Grow and deepen your practice while connecting breath and movement to nourish your body, mind and soul.

We will combine a soulfull Yin practice with the foam roller to release and melt away tension from muscles and fascia. You will leave rejuvinated and in a state of true bliss!!
