We will explore foundational poses, breathing techniques and meditation to increase flexibility, balance and stregth, as well as to improve our overall wellbeing.

Join me Friday evenings for Breeze Into the Sunset, an outdoor yoga experience designed to ease you out of your busy week. Using a blend of styles — from breathwork, mindful flows and yin yoga, to somatic movement and a soothing sound bath — we’ll explore intentional and creative movement (Caroline style!) to find our perfect alignment and open space for calm and clarity. Let the sunset and soft evening breeze carry you into restful weekend vibes.
