Natasha Green
Natasha attended her first yoga class in 2009 while training as a Holistic Therapist, but it wasn’t until joining Yoga Meditation Healing in 2019 that she developed a consistent daily practice. Through this, she experienced the deep benefits of yoga, which inspired her to begin her teacher training at Yoga Meditation Healing in 2025 to share yoga with others.
Alongside yoga, she trained as a Sound Healing Practitioner in 2023 and continues to expand her knowledge in holistic approaches to wellbeing. Natasha’s classes are grounded, calming and invitational, encouraging students to quieten the mind, tune into the body and explore their practice with curiosity and care.
Drawing on her background in holistic therapies and sound healing, Natasha creates a safe and nurturing space where students can restore balance, reconnect with themselves and experience the healing potential of mindful movement and breath.

Melanie Mackenzie
I’ve been practising yoga for more than 10 years. I first found Yoga Meditation Healing in 2015 attending Paula’s beginners' class which gave me the space to move, breathe and focus on myself at a time when I really needed it. I came for the physical practice, but I stayed for how it made me feel — improved sleep, feeling calmer, more balanced and better able to cope with life’s ups and downs.
Yoga has been a constant in my life ever since. I progressed from a weekly practice to a daily one, and noticed how good it made me feel to have that consistency. I wanted to pass on the benefits of yoga to others. I completed my 200-hour Teacher Training at YMH with Paula and Pol, learning to teach from a functional approach that supports you to move in a way that suits your body.
In my classes you can expect options, encouragement and space to explore. Through thoughtfully designed sequences that connect breath with movement, my aim is to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and tightness, build strength and balance, and support your overall wellbeing.
Description
*Booking Closes at 2pm*
Join me for Friday Flow, a chance to release the week and transition gently into your weekend. This strong and slow flow invites you to move with intention and breath, slowly building heat, strength and inner focus.
We’ll begin with a grounding practice to settle the mind and connect to the breath, before gradually warming the body through mindful movement. As the class builds, you’ll move through a steady, strengthening sequence, allowing you space to move with awareness and connect to your breath. We’ll then ease into slower, soothing shapes to help the body unwind, before finishing with a restful relaxation to fully reset.
You’ll leave feeling calm yet uplifted and recharged, ready to move into your weekend with ease and energy.
Suitable for mixed levels, with options offered throughout. Not suitable for pregnancy.
