We offer yoga classes for anyone past the first trimester of their pregnancy.

Whether you are an experienced yoga student who would like to modify their practice or a complete beginner looking to prepare for birth and motherhood, this class is shaped to build core strength, flexibility and confidence in your body.

Expect plenty of movement and breath work in this class which aims to strengthen the pelvic floor, deep core muscles and stability for the pelvis. There is also focus on meditation, deep relaxation and mind body connection for a calming experience at this transformative time.

Get ready for the week ahead with a candlelit evening flow focused on building strength with an emphasis on engaging deep core muscles through breath work and movement. In the latter part of the class we dissolve into longer held deep yin stretches before a final meditation.

N.B We use artificial candles, fairy lights and salt lamps - scent free.
