This is a strong, fast paced class incorporating twists, balances and interesting contortions. During the five week course we have a series of challenging 'focus poses' and week by week explore gentle alternatives, finding ways to build our strength and skill.

The challenging poses featured over the course of the five weeks include - Virabhadrasana Three - the warrior balance
Parsva Bakasana - side crow
Marichyasana - an intriguing series of seated twists
Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana - standing balance holding foot/big toe
