Description
Imagine stepping into a warm, softly lit space where the gentle glow of candles welcomes you in. The world outside begins to fade as you unroll your mat, wrap yourself in cosiness and let your body soften.
This is Yin… a practice of stillness, surrender and deep rest. Each long, supported posture is an invitation to melt into the moment, to breathe a little slower and to drift into a place of serenity. The candlelight will hold you in its golden glow as you release tension, quiet the mind and settle into peaceful presence.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, softer and restored. As though you’ve wrapped yourself in a cocoon of calm.
