Step into a warm, nurturing space where heat softens the body, warms your bones, boost your circulation, sweats out toxins giving you a refresh and stills the mind.

This 60-minute hot yoga flow blends balancing sequences, breathwork, and the therapeutic benefits of heat to nourish your whole self.

We begin with grounding pranayama to stabilize the nervous system and enhance oxygen exchange. Flowing asanas follow, designed to activate major muscle groups, improve balance, and refine proprioception. The combination of heat and conscious breathing encourages vasodilation, aiding nutrient delivery and recovery while calming the stress response.



Balancing postures sharpen focus and neuromuscular coordination. Gentle backbends and restorative stretches at the end of class promote parasympathetic activation, helping you transition into a state of deep relaxation.



You’ll leave feeling balanced, revitalized, and deeply connected to your breath, body, and inner stillness — with the added benefits of improved circulation, enhanced flexibility, and a more resilient nervous system.
Important Information to know when coming to our Hot Yoga Classes:
Drink plenty of water so that you arrive fully hydrated - aim for 2-3 litres. You will be sweating a lot! It is always better to be hydrated well before class than to drink a lot in the actual class as this can make you feel sick.
Give yourself at least 10 minutes before class starts, know where things are and set out your mat. It's good to have at least 5 minutes in the space to get used to the heat before we start.
Don't practice on a full stomach. Eat at least 2-3 hours before class. Practicing on a full stomach or very empty stomach may make you feel nauseous or faint.
Go easy for your first class. You need to get used to the heat so take breaks when you need to. Try and stay in the room. Sit down if you feel faint or nauseous and focus on your breathing.
Its a good idea to try and attend at least twice a week so that you get used to the heat and help the detoxification process you have started in the body continue.
What to bring
A yoga mat- we do have mats you can borrow but please clean after use.
Bring a towel. You may want a yoga mat towel.
A large bottle of water.
Wear light clothing that you can move in and your skin can breathe in. Most women opt for shorts and a crop top. Men can just wear shorts. Make sure you have layers for leaving class as you will cool down quickly.
People with certain medical conditions, such as heart disease, diabetes or high blood pressure, or those who are pregnant may need to exercise caution or consult their doctor before participating in hot yoga.
Targeting areas in our body that feel trapped and going further into stretches like a deep tissue massage are a main component to these later sessions. Feeling embodied and restored enough to drift home and sleep well.

A Fantastic practice which unwinds, realigns and relaxes the whole body and nervous system. We focus on bone stimulation, fascia release and releasing muscular tension. A wonderful sister practice for yoga. You will feel an ease in mobility after this class. Great to do before yoga. Suitable for all levels. Balls are provided.

Technique based Hatha Yoga class for all levels. With a different focus each week this class looks at alignment, strength, stability, breathing and often incorporates meditation practices. We often use props in this class.

Improve your health, mobility and strength with Jack in this practice. Expect some travelling around the space to warm up, reps and drills and mat based practice.
